On behalf of the members of the Saranac Lake Volunteer Fire Department we would like to invite you to join us in celebrating our 125th Anniversary on Saturday August 13th 2016.
The celebration will kick off with a grand parade through downtown Saranac Lake starting at 1:00 PM featuring the Quigley Highlanders Band from Ontario, Canada.
The fun will continue at the Saranac Lake Civic Center from 2 PM to 6 PM with a touch a truck apparatus display featuring fire trucks from all around the area, games for children including Belly Button the Clown, bounce houses, face painting, cotton candy, hot dogs, hamburgers and so much more.
To top the celebration off St. Joseph Rehabilitation Center will be hosting a Chicken Barbecue dinner starting at 3:30 PM with live entertainment from Elvis Presley (Donny Elvis-Elvis Revue) inside the Civic Center.
We hope you will join us for this very special event in celebrating 125 years of community service. We will have a very special float for past members to ride in or walk along with. We also want to invite you and your significant other to be our guest at the chicken barbecue dinner.
